Why Practice Prenatal Yoga?

Pregnancy is a sacred time for mother and baby.  Practicing yoga will give you a unique perspective on looking after your rapidly changing body and emotions as well as offer the opportunity to spend time with other women who are going though similar experiences.

Each class at Resonate Yoga has a different focus and is designed to prepare your body, mind, and spirit for the birth of your baby and for motherhood beyond.

The practice of yoga helps you to make the most of each step of this special journey, to appreciate both the unique and universal experiences of pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood.

Come in, take the time to slow down, tune in and connect with your growing baby…
