					<description>Hi,
I've had CFS for 11 years, been sick at home for seven years, but am familiar with yoga from when I was well and active. I'm interested in the restorative class. 

Is it running at present? Is the room kept pretty warm?! My strength/energy varies from day to day but is generally very low.
