Yoga for children should be fun!
Not only is Yoga for kids fun, it works on the body, is good for health, helps children sleep better, build a better body awareness and image ands builds co-ordination and confidence.
Yoga also helps to improve the mind by working on focus and concentration, helping to manage stress and giving children tools to improve better learning in classrooms.

What to Bring to Class

All Mats and Equipment is provided Children need only bring them selves and comfortable clothes that they can move in. It is best if Children either do not eat before class or if they do to have just a light snack of something like fruit. We ask that you please do not feed your child anything with a lot of sugar before class.

Cost

The cost for each child is $10/$9 conc, although discounts are available for multiple children
