Bear Pose

Sitting up nice and tall with your legs crossed take your arms and wrap them around your shoulders giving your self a nice big bear hug.

Can you feel the gentle movement side to side as you give your self the biggest bear hug you can??

Games to play: huggy bears

Note: Bear pose is a really nice one to practice with your family and friends especially with the little ones anywhere from babies who have just learnt to sit to babies aged about three.
You sit them in front of you on the floor, baby and you both facing the same way, take a hold of their arms, stretch their arms out to the side and wrap your arms and their arms around their body giving them a great big bear hug. They love this and it’s a great way to incorporate mummy time, hugs and yoga all together.
