Sarah Stewart
November 14th, 2006Sarah has been practicing yoga for the last nine years. She first discovered yoga when she was in Year 12 and was attracted to its physicality as well as stress-relieving tendencies. She found it a natural complement to her dance classes, and was hooked. Sarah has practiced Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Her favourite asana is Downward Facing Dog Pose. Yoga provides Sarah with a way of connecting with the present moment.
