Yoga for Nadine is about creating and fulfilling potential. Her interests lie in the mind-body connection and in yogic and eastern philosophies generally. She practices and teaches a gentle yet powerful combination of flowing and static hatha yoga postures and techniques, learned from a variety of yoga traditions. By moving into stillness we create a deepening connection with the vital life force. Her classes include breathing and meditation techniques that together with asana practice (postures) bring awareness, clarity and peace.
Nadine aims to teach students to develop their inner resources through yoga practice and to nurture themselves with acceptance and appreciation and care.
In 2005 Nadine completed the advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching with the Australian Institute of yoga Therapy (CAE). She continues to learn from many traditions of hatha yoga and buddhist meditation.
Nadine gains inspiration from teachers such as TKV Desikachar and Anodea Judith, her own teachers, mentors and peers, and from the endless cup of nourishment that is yoga.
Nadine is a member of the Australian Fellowship of Yoga Teachers (AFYT)
Nadine teaches general yoga and meditation at resonate.
