I am a mother of two primary school age children, who has been practicing yoga for my own sustenance for years. In my teaching I hope to share with others the benefits of a regular yoga practice. This applies to everyone, not just people who are flexible, or who are fit and young. If you can breath and have self awareness then you can practice yoga. In my classes I encourage people to listen to and be guided by their own bodies. Yoga is not about holding a difficult pose, it is about living to fulfill your potential and being comfortable in your own skin.
