Alana Clark

Alana Clark - Triangle Alana teaches a gentle style of Hatha Yoga incorporating physical yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), deep relaxation and meditation. Her focus is on releasing tension from the body and mind, whilst strengthening and opening the various aspects of our body and being.

Having discovered yoga for herself 8 years ago Alana has since developed particular interest in the areas of stress management, finding an appropriate work/life balance, and utilizing Yoga as a physical therapy to remedy stiffness, weakness and lethargy in the body.

In 2005 she completed her training with the Australian Institute of Yoga Therapy (Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching) and has since been teaching at various locations around Melbourne. Alana delights in witnessing the positive effects that Yoga can have on our everyday lives and she looks forward to exploring this healing practice with you.
